Kristy Rapley‘s Talents Know No Limits.

It was the type of job and company she had always envisioned for herself…technical, challenging, opportunities for growth and good compensation. Only then, she believed, she could have the life she had envisioned…security, independence, health insurance, vacations, community involvement, and retirement.

"It‘s not very original, but that‘s the point," says Kristy Rapley, Air Quality Technologist at Chevron. "The motivations and desires of people with disabilities are no different than those of the non-disabled community."

"The business case is simple," says Kristy, "success comes from hiring qualified individuals." Kristy hopes that more employers will open their doors to people with disabilities "because it makes good business sense."
