Helping Incorporate Reliable Employees (HIRE) is a community effort in Kern County focused in Bakersfield to help improve employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Bakersfield Mayor, the Honorable Harvey L. Hall has been committed to supporting the HIRE Committee since it's inception.
Bakersfield Mayor, the Honorable Harvey L. Hall was the catalyst for the
inception of the HIRE Committee.
